Questions on Your Mind

How many pages are scanned?

Short answer: Only the homepage. In the free version, the homepage of the URL you enter is scanned. For a full site scan (50 or more pages on the Pro plan, 200 or more pages on the Business plan, subdomains included on the Enterprise plan), you must create a cerez.io account.

Is the scan data stored?

Short answer: We keep the scan result in a temporary cache for 24 hours (to avoid scanning the same URL again). The URL you enter and (if provided) your email are stored as a lead under KVKK, to improve the service and to contact you. We don't send spam, and you can request deletion at any time.

Is there a rate limit?

Short answer: Yes, 5 scans per hour per IP. Abuse protection keeps the service publicly available. If you need more scans, you can create a free cerez.io account.

Is IP whitelisting required?

Short answer: No. Our scanner sends requests to your site like a normal browser (User-Agent: cerez.io Public Cookie Scanner/1.0). If your WAF or rate-limit rule blocks this User-Agent, allow it temporarily or add our static IP to your whitelist from your cerez.io account.

Is commercial use allowed?

Short answer: Yes. You can use the free tool's output for unlimited commercial use. For automated or programmatic scanning, the cerez.io API is available on paid plans (500 requests per minute).
