In line with our transparency policy: no publicly stated SLA is offered on the standard Free/Pro/Business plans. In the Enterprise contract, all terms are negotiated and defined in writing.

For Enterprise customers, the uptime target, response time, escalation matrix, breach credit terms and reporting cadence are negotiated mutually and defined in the contract. Commitments are made at the level required by your industry and operational needs.

Where data stays, when it is deleted.

We transparently share the current status on data retention, access control and audit trail for enterprise customers.

Data and infrastructure

Consent logs stay within the country, raw IP is not stored.

  • All consent logs are hosted in a local data center in Türkiye
  • The visitor's IP address is not stored in raw form (KVKK data minimization)
  • The consent log timestamp is retained for 365 days for the burden of proof
  • API access logs 90 days, system audit logs 365 days

All data processing is designed to be consistent with the principles of KVKK 6698 and Article 5 of GDPR.

Access control and auditing

Role-based authorization, full audit trail.

  • Role-based access: Admin, Editor, Viewer (at the domain level)
  • All panel operations are written to the audit log (28 controllers, 44 action types)
  • API IP restriction and whitelist (CIDR supported)

ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification is not currently available. The focus is on product development and customer satisfaction.

Consent log and audit trail

KVKK and GDPR place the burden of proving user consent on the data controller. cerez.io logs every consent event and makes it available in exportable form.

The questions on your mind

When is the enterprise package needed?
Short answer: The Enterprise plan is recommended for large companies needing 100K+ pageviews/month, multiple domains, an individual SLA, a corporate contract and KVKK expertise. It is suitable for holding and group structures, large publishers and high-traffic e-commerce sites.
Is there an SLA option?
Short answer: An individual SLA agreement can be arranged within the Enterprise plan. The uptime target, response time, escalation terms and breach credit mechanism are negotiated mutually. No publicly stated uptime guarantee is offered on standard plans.
Is SSO (Single Sign-On) supported?
Short answer: There is currently a UI skeleton for SSO in the admin panel, but it is not open for production use. SAML 2.0 SSO is targeted to arrive with the Enterprise plan in Q3 2026. For now, standard email-based authentication is used.
What about whitelabel branding?
Short answer: Banner UI customization (logo, color, theme, position) is currently available on Pro+ plans. Full whitelabel, that is, completely removing the cerez.io brand from the panel and a custom domain (consent.brandname.com.tr), is on the Q3 2026 roadmap.
Is dedicated hosting available?
Short answer: Dedicated hosting is not offered in the standard package. It can be evaluated upon request within an Enterprise contract; the architecture and cost are calculated as needed. It is hosted on cerez.io infrastructure in a local data center in Türkiye.
Is there an ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification?
Short answer: There is currently no ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification. A KVKK and GDPR compliant setup is provided, and data is kept in a local data center in Türkiye. Certification has not been added to the roadmap; the focus is on product development and customer satisfaction.
How does pricing work?
Short answer: The Enterprise plan is offered as an individual quote. It varies by pageview volume, number of domains, solution component (Cookie, Accessibility or Bundle) and SLA requirement. TL payment, e-invoice including VAT, issued to a corporate tax number.
